Ordering from The Materials Company of Boston is easy!
To place an order with us, simply
- Place your order online -or-
- Use our printable form to mail in your order -or-
- Call 603-641-1339
- All orders must be fully pre-paid with the exception of public school purchase orders.
- For orders within the continental United States, please add 11% of the total order for shipping, handling, and insurance. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, please add 20% for shipping, handling, and insurance.
- For foreign orders, please include full payment in negotiable instrument in U.S. dollars. The buyer may choose to have these orders shipped freight collect or prepaid at 28% of the total order. Any additional charges for brokerage, duty, and taxes are paid by the buyer.
- Allow three weeks for shipping after receipt of prepaid order or Public School Purchase order.
- All back-ordered materials will be automatically processed. Credit cards will be billed when materials are shipped.
- For all replacement parts, please fax or e-mail us for prices.
- All orders are covered by insurance against damage in transit. Do not accept any material that appears damaged unless you write RECEIVED DAMAGED on the delivery receipt and sign. DO NOT RETURN any package until you have been given RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
- Our materials are fully guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied, please call us for return authorization.
- These prices are subject to change at any time, but orders dated prior to a price change will be honored at the lower price.
